The Akademi had no provision of appointing Vice-Presidents in its Constitution. On 25th Nov, 66 a post of Working President was created. The Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Development Commissioner worked as the Working Vice President from 26.11.66 to 16.01.68. On 17th Jan, 68 although a post of Vice- President was created, no one was appointed as the Vice-President. Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Development Commissioner used to act as Vice-President
